Annual Report 08-09 issued

This was a year of mixed fortunes for FRAME, which, on the positive side, saw the beginning of celebrations to mark the Charity’s 40th anniversary, as well as the 30th anniversary of the beginning of our collaboration with the University of Nottingham, and the 50th anniversary of the publication of The Principles of Humane Experimental Technique, by W.M.S. Russell and R.L. Burch, in which the Three Rs concept of Reduction, Refinement and Replacement of animal experimentation was first spelled out.
