FRAME Chairman steps down
The Trustees of FRAME have accepted the resignation as Chairman of Professor Michael Balls, who has decided to step down for personal reasons.
Dr Anna Cadogan (left) has been appointed Acting Chair.
Professor Balls has served as a Trustee and Chairman for more than 30 years and, in that time, has overseen many significant advances in the field of alternatives to animal use in scientific and medical research. He will continue to be involved in FRAME publications, for the foreseeable future.
The other Trustees are grateful for the hard work and dedication he has given during his long and distinguished career, and are determined to continue with the good work of FRAME.
