We are grateful to everyone who helps us financially and would never pass on your details to anyone else. We also never obtain lists of potential subscribers from other charities. Your information is safe with us.

There are several ways you can help.

Make a donation now

This link will take you to our JustGiving page where you can make a one-off or regular donation.

Post us a cheque

If you would prefer to send us a donation by post please mail a cheque made payable to FRAME, to Donation, FRAME, 96-98 North Sherwood Street, Nottingham NG1 4EE.  If you are a UK tax payer please consider adding Gift Aid to your donation – it costs you nothing and gives us more (see below).

Gift Aid

FRAME can reclaim tax on your donations, at no extra cost to you (provided you pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax at least equal to the amount that we reclaim on your donations in the tax year — currently 20p for each £1 you give).
And it’s good news for you too, if you pay higher rate tax, because you yourself can claim back the differential between your standard and higher rate tax paid, simply by entering it on your tax return.
It is very easy to set up; one simple declaration covers all future donations from you. Just complete our Gift Aid Declaration form and return it to us. We will do the rest.

Leaving a gift in your will

A will provides the opportunity for you to leave your money and property to the people and causes you care about. If you have already made a will, but now wish to include FRAME as a beneficiary, it is very easy to do so by adding an extra section called a codicil. Your solicitor will be happy to advise you.

Host a dinner for your friends and raise money for FRAME at the same time. See more details here

Give a Car

Disposing of an old car can sometimes cost more than the vehicle is worth, but GiveACar will collect it, sell or scrap it, and donate a portion of the proceeds to FRAME on your behalf. visit www.giveacar.co.uk  or call 020 7736 4242, quoting FRAME as your preferred charity.
