Since 1996, a technical sub-group of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries Associations (EFPIA) has been involved with the European Centre for the Validation of Alternative Methods (ECVAM) in developing A Good Practice Guide to the Administration of Substances and Removal of Blood, Including Routes and Volumes.
