The report on Alternative (Non-Animal) Methods for Cosmetics Testing: Current Status and Future Prospects is the result of a process co-organised by the European Centre for the Validation of Alternative Methods (ECVAM) and DG Entreprise. F.3 of the European Commission within the framework of Directive 2003/15/EC, the 7th Amendment to Directive 76/768/EEC related to cosmetic products.
