Conference Reports: Laboratory Animal Science Association (LASA) Winter Meeting 2008

St Andrews, Scotland, provided an idyllic setting for the annual LASA Winter Meeting, held on 19–21 November 2008. As always, the varied and interesting programme provided many Three Rs considerations. A dedicated poster session and large trade exhibition completed the meeting. A brief outline of the symposia and extra sessions is given below.
